Plaintiff Betty, Inc. ("Plaintiff") brings this Action against Defendant PepsiCo, Inc. ("Defendant"), alleging that Defendant's 2016 Super Bowl commercial infringed on its copyrighted advertisement pitch. Plaintiff additionally asserts breach of contract, unjust enrichment, conversion, and unfair competition claims arising in large part from Defendant's unauthorized use of the copyrighted material.
