¶ 1. Emily Hunter and the Estate of Floyd Hunter, a/k/a Bob Hunter, appeal from a summary judgment in favor of AES Consultants, Ltd., and American Safety Risk Retention. The trial court rejected the Hunters' submissions responding to the motions for summary judgment because they were late according to the Walworth County Circuit Court Rules and an attachment to the court's scheduling order restating those rules.
