¶ 1. This is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals that dismissed the appeal of Ronald G. Sorenson (Soren-son). The court of appeals found that it lacked jurisdiction to hear the appeal because Sorenson did not file a notice of appeal in a timely manner.

¶ 2. Sorenson attempted to appeal an order by the Circuit Court for Juneau County, John W. Brady, Judge, that committed Sorenson as a sexually violent person under Wis. Stat. § 980.05.
