Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered January 9, 1980 in Ulster County, which granted plaintiffs motion for a preliminary injunction. Plaintiff, a proprietor of a private mental health center in Kingston, and defendant, a specialized speech and hearing pathologist, executed a written agreement providing for the terms of their professional relationship on June 1, 1978.
