Defendant was arrested on February 27, 1986 while a front seat passenger in a car parked, impeding traffic, on the corner of West 151st Street and Broadway. While waiting for the driver, Rafael Aquino, to produce his license and registration, one of the arresting officers observed defendant attempting to kick a plastic bag under her seat. The bag was seized and subsequently found to contain 90 vials of cocaine.
