The declaration is sufficient, if it brings the case within the provisions of the Safety Appliance and Employers’ Liability Acts above stated and otherwise states a cause of action. It pleads, in both counts, that defendant was an interstate carrier, engaged in interstate commerce at the time of the injury, and that plaintiff was employed in such commerce.
