Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Chemung County (Hayden, J.), rendered April 14, 2014, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of burglary in the third degree and petit larceny.

Defendant was charged with burglary in the third degree and petit larceny after he was arrested while in possession of copper pipes that had been stolen from the basement of an unoccupied home. Following a combined Wade I Huntley hearing, County Court denied his motion to suppress, among other things, testimony regarding a pretrial identification.
