Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Williams, J.), rendered June 26, 2015, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree.

On the evening of February 26, 2014, the victim returned home from work and discovered that electronic devices and jewelry had been stolen from her home.
