This is an interlocutory appeal from an order of the Circuit Court for Duval County granting the plaintiffs-appellees’ motion to strike the second and third defenses in the appellant-defendant’s amended answer and to dismiss the defendant’s *644amended counterclaim, in the plaintiffs’ suit to require specific performance of the defendant’s guaranty agreement to purchase certain real property at a stated price.
