MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN H. SQUIRES, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the complaint of A.V. Reilly International, Ltd. (“Reilly”) objecting to the discharge of the Debtor, Michael Rosenzweig (the “Debtor”), under 11 U.S.C. §§ 727(a)(4)(A), (a)(4)(B) and (a)(2)(A) and requesting that the debt owed by the Debtor to Reilly be found nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(4) and (a)(6). For the reasons set forth herein, the Court, having considered all of the evidence adduced at trial, sustains the objections to discharge under §§ 727(a)(4)(A) and (a)(2)(A), but overrules…
