Plaintiff, Har-Mar, Incorporated, brought this action to enjoin an arbitration proceeding demanded by defendant, Thorsen & Thorshov, Inc., an architectural firm, and for a declaratory judgment declaring defendant’s right to proceed with arbitration of a dispute concerning architectural fees barred by reason of our 6-year statute of limitations or, in the alternative, by waiver and laches.
