The accused was charged under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 134, 50 USC § 728, with narcotics offenses. The first specification alleged the possession of heroin, and the second *180a sale of the same drug in violation of the Harrison Act, 53 Stat 271, 274, as amended, 26 USC §§ 2553, 2557.
