Di Benedetto appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Sullivan, J.), dated January 24, 1985, as denied his motion for partial summary judgment dismissing the plaintiff’s second cause of action to recover damages for wrongful death insofar as it is asserted against him, and the defendant Jerome Krant appeals from so much of the same order as denied his cross motion for partial summary judgment dismissing the plaintiff’s second cause of action insofar as it is asserted against him.
