The plaintiff, Superintendent of Insurance of the State of New York, liquidator of the Auto Mutual In*46demnity Company, sues the defendant in assumpsit to recover the sum of $1,497.69 (and interest) assessed against it as a policyholder in and member of the Indemnity Company.
