Suit by Jacobs against the compress company for the agreed value of cotton destroyed while in possession of the ■compress company as bailee, under warehouse receipts issued by the compress company in favor of Jacobs. Trial to jury; special issue verdict; judgment for Jacobs; appeal by the compress company.
