Defendant Charles Gunartt was charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault, criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

After a bench trial, defendant was found guilty, all counts were merged and the trial court entered judgment against defendant on the aggravated criminal sexual assault charge.
