Defendant Zygmunt Koch was charged by information with nine counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 38, pars. 12 — 14(a)(1), (a)(3), (a)(4)), three counts of criminal sexual assault (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 38, par. 12 — 13(a)(1)), two counts of kidnapping (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 38, pars. 10 — 1(a)(1), (a)(2)), and one count of aggravated unlawful restraint (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 38, par. 10 — 3.1(a)).
