The Industrial Commission, upon rehearing which had been granted, found that injuries sustained by the workman in the course of and arising out of bis employment caused bis death, but rejected the claim made on behalf of an alleged dependent upon the ground that the person for whom such claim was asserted was not a dependent of the decedent at the time of his death within the meaning of the "Workmen’s Compensation Law.
