The bill of complaint in this case is based upon the following instrument:
“Detroit, Mich., February 25, 1893.
“Received of Louis Schiappacasse $1,000, part of the purchase price of the following described property, to wit: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 12, and 13, part of Young-blood’s subdivision of part of the southeast quarter of section 11, of town 1 south, of range 11 east, excepting lots 1 and 328 to 350, inclusive, of plat known as ‘Palmer Park Subdivision,’ said exception fronting 18.85 feet on Woodward avenue, extending along the Six-Mile road to the Kelly road, and fronting on the…
