Plaintiff corporation, having furnished a quantity of bricks for use in the erection of a factory building and an engine house for defendant refrigerator company, brought this action to foreclose its lien. The factory had been built by defendant Hood under a contract with the refrigerator company, while the engine *546house had been erected by the company itself, Hood having been the superintendent of the work.
