The appellants, Granite Beach Holdings, *190LLC, Roger W. Sherman, and Arlene R. Tande, purchased property that is completely surrounded by State trust land and can be accessed only by logging roads that run across the State’s land. The Land Conservancy of Seattle and King County (The Land Conservancy) and Manke Lumber Company, Inc. (Manke) hold properties with easement rights to cross State land; however, these easements did not extend to the appellants’ property.1
