The defendants bring this cause to this court by appeal from an interlocutory order denying their motion to dissolve a temporary injunction issued without notice and without bond.

The plaintiff’s verified complaint filed in the Circuit Court of Yermilion County on July 11, 1955 alleged that the plaintiff, General Electric Company, a corporation, organized under the laws of the State of New York and duly qualified to do business in the State of Illinois, was the owner and operator of a ballast manufacturing plant with factory and offices…
