Pending for consideration by the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge is Plaintiff’s Motion for Award of Attorneys’ Fees and Litigation Costs pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. § 552(a)(4)(E), and the Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552a(g)(3)(b).
