In this action brought pro se under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552, plaintiff challenges the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (“FBI”) release of redacted records and its search for responsive records. 1 Pending before the Court are defendant’s motion for summary judgment under Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure [Dkt. # 10] and plaintiffs cross motion for summary judgment [Dkt. # 11].
