Plaintiff Electronic Privacy Information Center (“Plaintiff’ or “EPIC”) brings this action against Defendant the United States Department of Homeland Security (“the Government” or “DHS”) under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552.
