The parties appear in this Court in the same relative position as they did in the court below and will be referred to as plaintiff and defendants.

Plaintiff filed this action for damages against defendants as a result of the death of two of plaintiff’s cows. Separate general demurrers to the petition were sustained by the trial court, and plaintiff was permitted to file an amended petition. Defendants filed separate general demurrers to the plaintiff’s amended petition which were sustained by the trial court.
