— Appeal by the People from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Rubin, J.), dated October 27,1981, which granted defendant’s motion to dismiss the indictment on the ground that the two-year preindictment delay constituted a denial of due process. Order reversed, on the law, motion denied, indictment reinstated, and matter remitted to Criminal Term for further proceedings. Defendant was indicted on February 20, 1981 for the crime of bribery in the second degree.
