Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Bambrick, J.), rendered April 12, 1988, convicting him of murder in the second degree (three counts), arson in the second degree, and burglary in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
