I. Introduction
Before the court is Defendant Google, Inc.’s Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs Amended Complaint, or in the alternative, to Transfer, which motion the court converted to a Motion for Summary Judgment. Also before the court is Plaintiff Lawrence E. Feldman’s Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment.
