In this disability discrimination case, Jason Meinelt has sued his former employer, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc., for firing him after he told his supervisor that he had a brain tumor. Meinelt alleges that P.F. Chang’s violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., and the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq.
