Appellee filed a claim with, the Industrial Board against appellant for compensation under the Workmen’s Compensation Act for injuries sustained by appellee on June 4, 1924, when he slipped and fell from the roof of a garage.

The cause was first submitted to, and the evidence heard by, one member of the Industrial Board, who made a finding to the effect that the employment of appellee was casual and an award that he was not entitled to compensation.
