BUSSEY, Judge.
On the 24th day of January, 1964, M. W. Lee appeared in person and by counsel, withdrew his plea of not guilty, previously entered, and entered a plea of guilty to a violation of Title 6 O.S.1961 § 260, the same providing:
“Every officer, director, employee or agent of any bank, who makes any false entry in any book, report or statement of the bank, with intent, in either case to injure or defraud the bank or any other person, firm or corporation* or to deceive any officer of the bank, or the Bank Commissioner, or any agent appointed to examine the affairs of any such bank; and…
