This is a separate maintenance suit wherein the defendant-husband appeals from a final decree entered in the Court of Chancery on March 10th, 1948, finding “that the defendant, without any justifiable cause, abandons the complainant and separates himself from her and refuses and neglects to maintain and provide for her and the infant child of the marriage, Marlene, * * * two years of age.” The decree awarded custody of the child to the complainant-wife, .with right of visitation to the defendant-husband, and directed the husband to pay $18…
