On November 20, 1951, the trustee in a deed of assignment for the benefit of the creditors of Lynchburg Building Block, Incorporated, filed a bill in chancery seeking the advice and instruction of the court in determining certain liens and priorities, and, in particular, whether a certain deed of trust, hereafter described, was a lien on the real estate of the corporation.
