Upon the district court’s certification pursuant to Wyo.R.App.P. 12.09(b), we must decide whether the decision of the Unemployment Insurance Commission of the Department of Employment of the State of Wyoming (Commission) that Londa Weidner (Weidner), an employee of Life Care Centers of America at its Westview Health Care Center in Sheridan, Wyoming, voluntarily quit her employment without good cause attributable directly to her employment, thereby disqualifying her from the receipt of unemployment insurance benefits, was in accordance with law and supported by…
