Appellant, Southwest Wyoming Rehabilitation Center, seeks reversal of a decision by the Employment Security Commission of Wyoming (ESC) allowing unemployment benefits to four of appellant’s former employees. Those employees voluntarily quit pursuant to their settlement agreement arising from a federal civil rights lawsuit against appellant. The ESC determined their resignations, having been submitted for good cause associated with the employment, did not disqualify them from receiving benefits.
