The defendant, Somen Shipman, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of two counts of murder in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54a (a), one count of capital felony in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54b (8), and one count of conspiracy to commit mmder in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-48 and 53a-54a.
