LEVENTHAL, Circuit Judge:
These consolidated cases are here on the petition of the National Labor Relations Board to enforce its order against Aero Corporation (Company), and on the petition of the United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers (Union) to review a portion of the order.
The Board, in agreement with the Trial Examiner, found that the Company had violated Section 8(a) (1) of the National Labor Relations Act1 by interfering with the protected rights of its employees to organize, Section 8(a) (3) of the Act by discharging certain employees to discourage union…
