Taylor, J.:
The plaintiff in error, Frank Johnson, was informed against, tried, convicted and sentenced for the *43crime of grand larceny in the Criminal Court of Record of Duval County, and seeks a review of his trial here by writ of error. The only assignment of error argued or presented here is that the court below erred in'denying the defendant’s motion for a new trial on the grounds thereof that the verdict was not supported by the evidence, and was contrary to the evidence.
