BOGUE, Chief Judge.
The Defendants in the above-entitled matter filed extensive motions to dismiss this action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted, pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The three named Plaintiffs in this case filed a Complaint against the Defendants arising out of the alleged wrongful discharge of the Plaintiffs from their positions of employment with the Rosebud Housing Authority (hereinafter RHA).
