Before the Court are two motions filed by Defendants seeking protective orders. The first motion involves two deponents, John Korologos and Arnold Jablon, who Defendants claim have no knowledge of the underlying facts. Paper No. 18. The second motion pertains to the scope of a Rule 30(b)(6) deposition. Paper No. 26. The parties have fully briefed both motions.
