STANLEY S. HARRIS, District Judge.
Plaintiff, a black female employee of the United States Government Printing Office (“GPO”), filed a complaint alleging discrimination on the basis of race and sex in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, reprisal in violation of Title VII, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Her claims are based on the conduct of her second-level supervisor, Richard Holderaft.
