Defendant-appellant Demetrius A. Gest, born July 20, 1975, appeals from his jury trial convictions for the following offenses: (1) in C.P. case No. CR-312957 (appeal No. 68369), one count of aggravated robbery (R.C. 2911.01) of Daniel Campbell/Pizza Hut with a firearm specification and one count of grant theft, motor vehicle (R.C. 2913.02), which vehicle, a red/burgundy 1987 Ford Taurus, was operated by Daniel Campbell; and, (2) in C.P. case No. CR-313841 (appeal No. 68370), one count of receiving stolen property (the red Taurus owned by Mrs. Campbell and operated by…
