THORNBERRY, Circuit Judge:
The defendant appeals his conviction for possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Finding the district court’s errors to be harmless, we affirm the conviction.
I. Background
On October 31, 1990, DEA Task Force Officer Hughes was in the Dallas-Fort Worth airport routinely watching passen gers deplane from an American Airlines flight arriving from Los Angeles.
