OPINION GUIDUGLI, Judge.

This is an appeal by Robert A. Hawkins and Yvonne Hawkins (Hawkinses) from a judgment order, pursuant to a jury verdict of the Jefferson Circuit Court, which entered judgment for the appellee, Philip Rosenbloom, M.D. (Dr. Rosenbloom), and assessed ah costs against the Hawkinses. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
