The Pennsylvania Attorney General and the Philadelphia County District Attorney have filed a petition in quo warranto directed to this Court’s original jurisdiction, naming Judge Deborah S. Griffin of the Philadelphia Municipal Court as Respondent, and seeking her removal from office.
