OPINION

FRANKS, Judge.

This appeal presents the issue of whether an injured person may recover from a tort feasor, as an element of damages, for determinable pre-existing disabili ties where the injury has aggravated and increased the pre-existing disability. In this suit for damages from a personal injury received in an automobile accident, the plaintiff recovered a jury verdict of $16,-000.00, where the trial judge charged the affirmative on the stated issue.
