MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

FULLER, District Judge.

This cause is before the Court on the Plaintiffs’ Application or Motion to Modify Arbitration Award to Provide for Attorney’s Fees, Costs and Interest (Doc. # 1). Colonel and Mrs. George G. Isenhower (hereinafter “Plaintiffs” or “the Isenhow-ers”) seek modifications of an arbitration award issued by an arbitration panel after hearing Plaintiffs’ claims that Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc.
