THIS CASE came before the Court for a final evidentiary hearing on the Complaint filed by the Plaintiff, Debbie Batcha.

In the Complaint, the Plaintiff asserts that the discharge of the Debtor, Cynthia Sue Forness, should be denied pursuant to § 727(a) of the Bankruptcy Code because (1) the Debtor failed to satisfactorily explain a loss of assets, (2) the Debtor committed perjury, and (3) the Debtor fraudulently transferred, concealed, or destroyed certain property that would have become property of the…
