THIS CASE came before the Court for a final evidentiary hearing in the above-captioned adversary proceeding.

The Plaintiff, Concetta D’Angelo, commenced this proceeding by filing a Complaint to Determine Creditor Concetta D’Angelo’s Claim as Exception to Discharge. In the Complaint, the Plaintiff alleges that her claim arises from her purchase of certain residential real property from the Debtor, Donna Parker. According to the Plaintiff, the Debtor fraudulently induced her to purchase the property.…
